Our Intermediation Service and Purchase of Travel Services
5.1Through the Site, we provide search and intermediation services for Travel Services and/or Other Services, acting as an intermediary for your selected purchases.
5.2A purchase is any confirmed order for Travel Services and/or Other Services with an obligation to pay.
5.3Unless otherwise stated, purchases of Travel Services are contracted directly with the Travel Providers. We do not enter into the contractual relationship for such services unless expressly indicated.
5.4When booking via the Site, the contract is between you and the Travel Providers, not us, unless otherwise indicated. For claims related to Travel Services and/or Other Services, we act solely as an intermediary, and the Travel Provider bears ultimate responsibility.
5.5We assist in procuring Travel Services and/or Other Services on your behalf, subject to the Travel Providers’ terms, which may limit or exclude liability. You must review the applicable Travel Providers’ terms, particularly regarding cancellations.
5.6By using the Site, you authorize us to act as your representative in procuring services from Travel Providers and processing payments, charging our Intermediation Fees accordingly.
5.7Your contract with us for intermediation services is separate from your contract with Travel Providers.
5.8Prices displayed include Intermediation Fees. Additional products/services will be detailed before purchase.
5.9Intermediation Fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for services fulfilled upon booking confirmation, except in cases of our error.
